Salary: $71,843.20 – $ per year (competitive and based upon qualifications)*

Responsibilities
- Criminal prosecution for adults in the Unified Criminal Docket.
- Appeals cases before the Law Court.
- Weapons Restrictions Orders in the District Court.
- Maintain high ethical standards, sound judgment, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate good organizational/time management and writing skills.
- Commitment to community and victim–centered prosecution, public service, restorative justice, and racial and gender justice.
Qualifications
- Members of the Maine Bar in good standing.
- Interest in complex criminal legal issues and strong litigation, legal advocacy, and writing skills.
- Demonstrated ability to function effectively as part of a team.
- Trial experience and developed trial skills a plus.
- Strong desire for a career in litigation and prosecution.
