Florida Personal Injury Litigation Attorney
Welcome to The Freelance Firm! We are a national network of experienced, high-level, freelance attorneys and paralegals who provide remote, on-demand support for both short-term and long-term legal projects for our client law firms. Due to increased demand, we are now interviewing for a qualified, experienced, and dedicated Florida Personal Injury Litigation Attorney for a full-time, hybrid opportunity with one of our client firms.
Attorney Responsibilities:
- Manage personal injury cases from pre-litigation through litigation
- Draft demand packages, pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
- Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda
- Negotiate with insurance adjusters and opposing counsel
- Assist with case strategy and development
- Collaborate with medical experts and other professionals to support claims
- Handle EUOs, recorded statements, and related litigation tasks
- Maintain communication with clients and ensure case progression
Attorney Requirements:
- Licensed and in good standing to practice law in the State of Florida
- 4–7+ years of personal injury experience
- Experience handling both pre-litigation and litigation matters
- Proven ability to negotiate and secure favorable outcomes
- Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Highly organized and able to manage a high-volume caseload
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
Compensation:
- Base salary: $125,000 – $165,000
- Performance-based bonuses available
