I'm currently partnering with one of the top litigation law firms in the country to hire an experienced Insurance Defense Paralegal. This fully remote position offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated insurance defense matters while collaborating with a highly skilled legal team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys taking ownership of meaningful litigation responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support attorneys throughout all phases of litigation
- Draft, review, and manage litigation documents and discovery
- Coordinate depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation
- Maintain case files, calendars, and critical deadlines
- Communicate with clients, experts, opposing counsel, and court personnel
Qualifications
- Prior litigation paralegal experience, preferably in insurance defense
- Strong organizational and case management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $80,000 – $120,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
