Position Overview:
Telos Legal Corp. is seeking an “Associate Service Specialist” to support our growing operations team. This position will focus heavily on back-end processing and client fulfillment, with responsibilities ranging from filing corporate paperwork to managing client requests and maintaining compliance queues. This is an in-office position to start, with future flexibility available based on performance. Training will be provided, and there is significant room for growth and advancement within the company!
Key Responsibilities:
Submit business filings with Secretary of State offices (formations, qualifications, annual reports, dissolutions).
Manage corporate document retrievals (e.g., certificates of good standing, certified charters) and process UCC filings.
Track and fulfill client requests, maintaining accuracy and timeliness across filing queues and deadlines.
Conduct quality control audits and maintain internal databases to ensure data integrity.
Accept and process service of process (lawsuit deliveries) and manage intake documentation.
Support registered agent service operations, including updates to client records and service instructions.
Communicate with government agencies to resolve filing issues and clarify requirements.
Assist with onboarding new clients and support internal training as the team expands.
Contribute to internal reporting, process improvements, and special projects as needed.
Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold data protection standards at all times.
Collaborate closely with team members to deliver high-quality client service in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred; Associate’s degree or Paralegal Certificate highly valued
Previous experience in legal, corporate services, compliance, or administrative support a plus
Strong oral and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Dependable attendance, punctuality, and ability to meet deadlines
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
Ability to work efficiently in a busy, high-volume environment
Quality control mindset; able to work independently behind the scenes

Compensation:
$45,000–$55,000 Annually, commensurate with experience
