What You’ll Do:
- Provide direct legal representation and courtroom advocacy for domestic violence survivors in family law matters.
- Manage cases involving Injunctions for Protection, Dissolutions of Marriage, and Paternity Orders.
- Conduct client education, legal outreach, and community workshops.
- Participate actively in local bar initiatives and special legal projects aimed at systemic change.
Qualifications:
- Active member in good standing with the Florida Bar (Required).
- 1–3 years of family law or litigation practice preferred, but passionate candidates looking to build trial skills are welcome!
- Strong desire to litigate and represent clients in high-stakes courtroom environments.
- Empathy, sensitivity, and awareness when working with trauma survivors and marginalized communities.
- Strong legal drafting, oral advocacy, and workload management skills.
- Bilingual fluency is a major asset.
Pay: From $78,000.00 per year
