This is not a “learn how to practice law from scratch” role.
We are looking for a Family Law Attorney who can step into real litigation responsibility, communicate with clients, manage deadlines, and own cases from strategy through resolution. We like training good people, and we will train you on how does things. But this is not an entry-level attorney position. The right candidate already understands litigation responsibility, client communication, deadlines, preparation, negotiation, and case ownership. If you want autonomy with structure, client contact, courtroom responsibility, and a team that is serious about doing things a better way, this may be the right seat.
