  • Answer and manage high-volume calls with confidence
  • Direct inquiries and make outbound calls when needed
  • Handle client intake and keep records accurate and up to date
  • Manage emails and respond professionally
  • Coordinate calendars and schedule appointments
  • Support the team with data entry and document organization
  • Maintain office supplies and track inventory
  • Assist with legal-related tasks while protecting confidentiality

What you bring

  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office and similar tools)

  • Admin, clerical, or legal support experience
  • Familiarity with legal processes is a plus
