Job Description:We are seeking a skilled and motivated Family Law Associate Attorney to join our team. The position is based in our Cincinnati office, 100% in-office work arrangement, still offering flexibility and work-life balance while maintaining a close connection to our collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage Family Law cases, including drafting, negotiating, and reviewing agreements and related documents.
Conduct due diligence and provide strategic advice on legal risks and opportunities.
Advise clients on family matters, including marriage, divorce, child custody, adoption, and domestic violence.
Collaborate with attorneys across practice areas to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.
Build and nurture client relationships through effective communication and tailored legal counsel.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Licensed to practice law in Ohio (or the ability to become licensed promptly).
A minimum of 1 years of SOLID experience in Family Law. *(Internships in this area does count for 2024 grads)
Proven experience drafting and negotiating agreements.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
