Responsibilities
Negotiate and resolve pending litigation. Prepare, review, and file pleadings, discovery, and motions. Attend hearings and trials within Dallas and surrounding counties. (mileage and travel expenses reimbursed).
Active law license in the State of Texas.
Skills. Familiarity with courtroom and civil procedures is plus . Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school. Demonstrated ability to analyze cases and negotiate effective settlements. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Commitment to professionalism, confidentiality, and client service.
Pay: $95,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
