Responsibilities
• Manage a high-volume executive inbox, prioritizing urgent correspondence and flagging critical litigation deadlines.
• Provide comprehensive executive support, including complex calendar management and travel coordination for senior lawyers.
• Draft, proofread, and edit legal documents and correspondence with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of litigation files, ensuring all documents are correctly filed within the IManage system.
• Act as a project coordinator for long-term legal projects, ensuring milestones are met and stakeholders are kept informed.
• Coordinate daily schedules and prepare briefing materials for meetings, hearings, and client consultations.
• Foster strong professional relationships with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication.
• Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems, adhering to strict confidentiality and data management protocols.
• Assist with the preparation of court filings and specialized litigation documentation as required.
• Support the broader business administration team during peak periods or team-building initiatives.
Skills
• Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Expertise in IManage or similar legal document management software.
• Exceptional proofreading, editing, and copywriting skills with a focus on technical legal accuracy.
