We have received an exclusive instruction from a prestigious law firm in the Middle East on new roles in their Corporate practice.
The practice advises domestic and international clients on corporate M&A, private equity transactions, capital market transactions, IPOs, rights issues as well as restructurings.
Candidates of interest will have the following profile:
- 3 to 10 years of PQE in M&A and general corporate matters, exposure to areas such as ECM and commercial contracts will also be valued
- Qualified in the UK – candidates qualified in Australia, New Zealand, Canada or the US will also be considered, but will need 5+ years PQE due to new regulatory requirements
- Background at an international firm in UK or overseas
- Regional Middle East experience is not required (although would be an advantage)
The firm is able to offer an attractive tax-free remuneration package and will assist with relocation as well as accommodation.
