Leonard Legal Group in Morristown is seeking a full-time plaintiff’s personal injury attorney with a required minimum of 3+ years experience in personal injury litigation. Trial experience a plus. We are a well-established personal injury firm handling substantial injuries, wrongful death and sex abuse cases.
Candidate must have experience conducting depositions and be able to draft pleadings and motions, respond to discovery demands, prepare arbitration statements, and attend arbitrations and motion hearings. The ideal candidate will manage their own caseload of approximately 75-100 cases and handle cases from inception to trial. Salary commensurate with experience. Candidate must be able to effectively multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced office setting. Higher earning potential based on production. Great opportunity for advancement.
