- Open title orders and set up escrow files
- Collect required documents (HOA, payoffs, insurance, IDs)
- Order surveys, HOA docs, and payoff statements
- Prepare preliminary closing documents
- Coordinate scheduling
- Maintain communication with agents and lenders
- Assist with post-closing tasks
Required Skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and deadline-driven
- Excellent communication
- Ability to manage multiple files
- Familiarity with title software (training acceptable)
Pay: $40,000.00 – $45,000.00 per year
