Position: Join Legal Aid Ontario as an ERO Officer

Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate client eligibility requests against policies
• Formulate recommendations on legal entitlements
• Draft detailed reasons for review decisions
• Respond to inquiries from clients and external counsel
• Participate in special projects within the General Counsel Office
Requirements:
• Familiarity with LASA 2020 and LAO policies
• Strong writing and analytical competencies
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite tools
• Completion of relevant post-secondary education preferred
