EXPERIENCED ATTORNEY FOR DENTAL OFFICES
We are seeking a skilled Attorney with experience in dental and healthcare law to represent and defend our two well established dental offices. The ideal candidate will have expertise in compliance, contracts, regulatory matters, employment law, and litigation defense specific to the dental industry.
Responsibilities:
Defend and represent our dental offices in legal matters, including board complaints, patient disputes, and employment issues.
Ensure compliance with state and federal dental regulations, including Fictitious Name Permits.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with vendors, associates, and staff.
Provide strategic legal advice to protect the interests of our practices.
Handle litigation defense and risk management as needed.
Requirements:
Licensed attorney.
Strong negotiation and litigation skills.
Ability to work closely with management to implement legal safeguards and strategies.

Pay: $58,381.00 – $181,973.00 per year
