PwC Israel is seeking a highly motivated entry-level consultant to join our Risk and Regulatory Advisory team, focusing on compliance risks, anti-money laundering (AML), ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance), and climate-related risks.

WHAT AM I GOING TO DO?
you will support companies across various sectors—including banking, insurance, fintech, pharma, industry, and high-tech—in navigating financial regulations, conducting risk assessments, and strengthening internal control frameworks.
Key Responsibilities-
• Provide advisory services and support on Israeli and international regulatory compliance, including AML, ESG, climate risk, risk management, and internal audit
• Review and enhance processes related to risk assessment, internal governance, and control design
• Evaluate and improve quantitative methodologies aimed at identifying compliance failures or “red flags".
• Draft, review, and edit policies, procedures, and control documents
• Conduct research and benchmarking based on global best practices
Requirements-
• Native-level English (reading and writing) – mandato
• Professional experience in AML/CTF, regulatory compliance (Israeli and international), anti-bribery and corruption, internal audit, or risk assessments – an advanta
• Familiarity with the banking sector – an advanta
• Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency – an advanta
• Legal background / Licensed attorney – an advanta
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneous
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to deta
