The opportunity
Join a well-regarded national firm with a strong presence in the employment law space. This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level lawyer to work closely with highly regarded partners on a broad mix of contentious and advisory matters.
The role
The role offers direct client contact and the chance to provide practical, commercially focused advice across a diverse client base. You’ll be involved in personal grievance claims, disputes and litigation, restructuring and redundancy processes, performance management, and drafting employment agreements.

About you:
- 4+ years’ PQE
- Admitted to practice in New Zealand
- Employment law and/or litigation experience
- Strong drafting and communication skills
- Commercial, pragmatic approach
