The Role
This is a broad and varied position with a strong focus on employment and industrial relations matters, alongside commercial disputes and advisory work.
You will be involved in:
- Employment advisory and workplace relations matters
- Industrial relations work, including enterprise agreements and bargaining
- Employment disputes, investigations and workplace issues
- Commercial disputes and litigation matters
- Drafting and advising on commercial contracts
- Advising recruitment agencies and other business clients
- A mix of traditional legal work and innovative service offerings
Whether you already practise in employment law or come from a commercial disputes background, you’ll be given the support and training needed to develop your expertise.
About You
- 2+ years PAE
- Experience in employment law, workplace relations, litigation or commercial disputes
- Strong drafting and client management skills
- Keen to develop or further build a career in employment and IR law
- Comfortable taking ownership of matters and client relationships
- Commercially minded with a proactive approach
- Values learning, responsibility and long-term growth
