Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Vending Machine Filler to join our production team. This role involves ensuring vending machines are stocked accurately, maintained properly, and operate smoothly to provide excellent service to our customers. Duties
- Refill vending machines with snacks, beverages, and other products according to schedule and inventory levels
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure product freshness, proper packaging, and correct labeling in compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and FDA regulations
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts safely for transporting stock and supplies
- Perform routine cleaning, sanitation, and maintenance of vending machines to meet cleanliness standards in a cleanroom environment when applicable
- Interpret production documents including batch records, inventory logs, and machine operation instructions for accurate replenishment and troubleshooting
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues with vending machines and coordinate repairs with maintenance teams as needed
- Follow safety protocols diligently during all tasks, including proper use of equipment and adherence to regulatory/legal standards in production
Requirements
- Proven experience operating industrial equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or similar material handling tools
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot machine problems efficiently
- Familiarity with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) standards, FDA regulations, and safety protocols in a pharmaceutical or manufacturing setting
- Ability to interpret production documents like batch records, machine operation manuals, and quality control reports
- Basic math skills for inventory counting, measurements, and record keeping
- Experience working in a cleanroom environment or pharmaceutical plant is highly preferred
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of sanitation and quality assurance
