- Maintain all legal documents of DC office, land office, RAJUK, DCC etc. for future need.
- Vetting land & opinion of ownership purchase process.
- Liaison with law enforcement agency (nsi, dgfi, sb, db, cid, bpi, police station & administrative office) and also govt/non-govt. Organization for any legal requirement.
- Maintain Investigate legal affairs concerning of company’s man power.
- Prepare all type of deed of agreements/power of attorney/sale deed/mou/baina/agreement/legal notice/suit & case drafting or any other deed as required with different company & personnel.
- Take necessary actions against disputes according to labour law.
- Solving all sorts of dispute in respect of the project land of the company and coordinate with the advocates to that effect.
- Render necessary supports to ensure that the organization complies with all relevant statutory and governance practices and guidelines.
- Constant co-ordination with other legal members for smooth & prompt functioning as well as execution.
- Any other task assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Experience: 12 to 15 years
- Education: L.L.B from any reputed institution.
- Skills: Legal, Estate, Customs, Admiralty Court, Labour Court and Compliance
