Salary Range : $140,000 to $230,000 per year, with additional quarterly bonuses, full benefits. 90 Credit hours offered once per year calendar year to take a vacation
Position Overview : Our rapidly expanding Employment Law Division is looking for an attorney with a minimum of 7 years’ experience in the field of Employment Law.
Key Qualifications :
Extensive background in employment litigation and defense.
Trial experience is a plus, though not mandatory.
Experience in School District defense is required
Must be knowledgeable in class actions and Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) inclusive.
Holding a Bachelor’s degree and Juris Doctor degree.
Active membership in the California State Bar, in good standing.
Demonstrated ability in research, analysis, and negotiation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Commitment to proactive and efficient case management.
