Project Description: Mid-sized law firm in Charlotte seeks REMOTE TEMPORARY FULL-TIME LICENSED ATTORNEYS for a Relativity-based multi-level document review project. The project timeline could range from weeks to years. Attorneys will use their own computers to review, analyze, and extract review-related information from case files consisting of court documents in Relativity. This temporary job with full-time hours is entirely REMOTE, including training. This is not a basic relevancy and privilege document review project with highlighted text. The multiple coding panes are detailed, and the issue flags require analysis and understanding of each case file reviewed.
Project Information:
- Starts July 6 or July 13, 2026, with onboarding completed the previous week
- 40 hours/week with opportunity for overtime once acclimated to the project
- W-2 employment with benefits including health insurance and paid time off
- Work hours between 7 a.m. – 10 p.m. EST M-F, with the expectation you are available during regular business hours (9-5 p.m. EST).
- Weekend work potentially available
- Must complete a background check, conflicts check, and remote interview
Required Qualifications:
- Licensed Attorney (active and in good standing)
- Residence in NC, SC, FL, TN or TX for duration of work
- Experience with civil litigation strategy and documents
- High-level experience with Relativity database
- Ownership of review processes and materials
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (emphases on Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to be engaged and responsive
- Strong drive to provide top results for client
