Position Overview

The Sr. eDiscovery Data Analyst is responsible for managing and analyzing large sets of electronic data in the context of legal investigations, litigation, or regulatory compliance. This role requires advanced expertise in eDiscovery processes and tools, with a primary focus on RelativityOne. The analyst will support legal teams by processing, analyzing, organizing, and producing data.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee data life cycle of eDiscovery services across the EDRM

Manage the end-to-end eDiscovery Data processes, including processing, review setup, data culling and reporting, and production

Utilize RelativityOne to organize, analyze, and report on large datasets, ensuring data integrity and compliance with legal standards

Report on key project benchmarks

Perform quality control checks on data and deliverables to ensure accuracy and completeness

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within RelativityOne and other eDiscovery tools

Stay updated on eDiscovery best practices, industry standards, and legal technology advancements

Skills and Competencies

Extensive experience working with RelativityOne for eDiscovery data analysis.

In-depth knowledge of eDiscovery processes, legal requirements, and industry standards

Strong analytical problem-solving skills

Strong understanding of data analytics, data processing, and document review workflows

Passionate self-starter who works well independently with direction

Enthusiasm in learning new workflows, technologies, and skills

Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, and evolving environment

Possesses exceptional time-management skills

Minimum Qualifications

3+ years of eDiscovery Data Analyst experience at a vendor, law firm or in-house

Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA)

At least 3 years of experience using Relativity at an administrator level 

Bachelor’s degree

Preferred Qualifications

5+ years of eDiscovery Data Analyst experience at a vendor, law firm or in-house

Relativity Expert or Master

Understanding of TAR and/or AI principles
