Base pay range
$60,000.00/yr – $65,000.00/yr
Salary 65k – Fully remote 8-5PM EST
MUST HAVES:
2+ years of experience handling billing/e-billing
Proficient with windows based software:
Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Knowledge of LEDES file
Plusses:
Bachelor’s degree in related field
Experience working at a law firm or legal industry
Advanced skills utilizing e-billing software such as TyMetrix 360, TyMetrix Legal, Datacert, Serengeti, Counsel Link and Collaborati
My client is looking for an e-billing specialist to join their team full time. They will be responsible for the submission and review of all firm wide e-billing client invoices. They will monitor invoices that were successfully submitted to ensure that the client did not reject and/or reduce the invoice on their end. Other responsibilities include assisting attorneys and their assistants with inquiries, researching, reconciling, and reviewing e-billing uploads for accuracy, and reviewing client billing guidelines.
This individual will be collaborating with local offices to address and resubmit invoices, so it is important that they are well spoken and professional.
