Our boutique law firm in Los Angeles seeks a Legal Assistant/Law Clerk to start immediately. Candidates must be bilingual – Spanish/English and possess exceptional writing and verbal communication skills. The work environment is fast paced and requires a professional who can multi-task efficiently.

Requirements:

– Maintain company standards in appearance, attendance, manners and ethics

Responsibilities:
– Word Processing

– Correspondence

– Calendaring

– Scheduling Appointments

– Answering Phones

– Interviewing Clients

– Communication with Clients and Opposing Counsel

– Must Speak Spanish

– Photocopying/Scanning

– Filing

– Drafting documents

Compensation:

Depending on experience and skill.
