Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and draft opinions, memoranda, and correspondence
- Assist in drafting legal documents including pleadings, contracts, and agreements
- Liaise professionally with clients, counsel, and third parties
- Attend client consultations and take accurate instructions
- Support litigation processes, including court filings and case preparation
- Attend court proceedings where permitted and assist with trial preparation
- Maintain and organise legal files and documentation
- Ensure compliance with court rules, deadlines, and regulatory requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- Completed LLB degree
- Strong academic record
- Proficiency in MS Office and legal research tools
- Valid driver’s licence (advantageous)
