We are seeking a skilled and proactive  Deputy Manager – Legal  to

. This role is ideal for a law graduate with a CS Inter qualification who possesses strong

communication

, drafting, and negotiation skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing legal documentation, ensuring compliance, and supporting various corporate governance functions.

Responsibilities:

Legal:

Commercial Contracts :

-Draft, review and finalise commercial contracts and other legal documents. Ensure that all documents comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.

Legal Research :

Conduct legal research to stay informed about changes in laws and regulations affecting the organization. Provide legal opinions and advice based on research findings.

Compliance Monitoring:  Monitor and ensure compliance across the company in adherence to the legal and regulatory requirements.

Document Management

:

Maintain an organized system for document storage and retrieval. Track changes and updates to legal documents and maintain

version control

.

Collaborate with attorneys, auditors, and other internal & external stakeholders

Secretarial:

Prepare, review, and finalize documentation related to board meetings, shareholders meetings, and committee meetings. Ensure all records are accurate and compliant with legal and regulatory requirements.

MCA E-filings and updating statutory registers.

Qualifications:

Law graduate with a CS Inter qualification. 4+ years’ experience in a firm or in-house.

Ability to independently manage and review commercial contracts.

In-depth knowledge of legal principles, Companies Act 2013, contract law, and relevant legislation.

Excellent drafting,
