Deputy County Clerk: Vitals Cashier/Floater Jobs in Georgetown, TX at Williamson County

We are a busy and well-established law office in Jupiter, Florida, looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team. This is a full-time, in-office position ideal for someone who thrives in a professional environment and is comfortable handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and mail subpoenas with accuracy and timeliness
Follow up with third parties to obtain records and documentation (50% of job)
Answer incoming calls related to subpoenas and records requests
Maintain organized files and accurate records
Perform general administrative tasks as needed to support attorneys and staff

Qualifications:

Prior administrative experience (legal office experience is a plus)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with Word and Outlook.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Professional, courteous, and customer-service focused
Must be comfortable making phone calls.
Must be able to work on-site in our Jupiter, FL office
Spanish-speaking a plus.
