Role Description
This is a contract role for a Remote Of Counsel. The Of Counsel will be responsible for providing expert legal advice, preparing legal documents, analyzing complex legal matters, and advising clients on labor and employment law issues. Day-to-day tasks involve detailed case analysis, strategy development, and collaboration with other legal professionals to achieve positive outcomes for clients.
Qualifications
Strong foundation and expertise in Law, including the ability to analyze and interpret legal statutes and regulations
Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and management
Ability to assess and address a wide range of Legal Issues with precision and care
Experience in providing well-researched and actionable Legal Advice
Specialized knowledge in Labor and Employment Law with experience handling related cases
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
License to practice law in Colorado
Minimum of 5 years of relevant legal experience is preferred
