We handle Family Law, Criminal Defense, Debt Defense, Real Estate, Civil Litigation, and Immigration cases.
We are currently looking for a talented and passionate Civil Litigation Attorney to join our team and be part of our continued growth. This role will focus on insurance defense, breach of contract defense, negligence, and contract/lien law defense—challenging and rewarding cases that make an impact.

Please note: This position will require some travel for court hearings as needed (with all travel expenses reimbursed).
What We’re Looking For
Strong knowledge of Florida State Civil Procedures
Active Florida Bar license
Ability to manage a high caseload efficiently
Solid understanding of the Rules of Evidence
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client service skills
Bench trial experience (Jury trial experience is a huge plus)
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
