Salmon, Ricchezza, Singer & Turchi LLP is seeking paralegal / legal assistant to be part of our collaborative team in defending our self-insured and insurance carrier clients. Our paralegals play an integral role in managing the Firm’s cases and supporting our attorneys. We will rely on your critical thinking skills as you review claim files, request medical records, conduct social media searches, assist with discovery, determine appropriate IME’s and prepare matters for depositions, mediations and trials.
Qualified individuals must have at least 3 years’ experience with the above noted tasks as a billing timekeeper. Mentorship will be provided if requested, however, most of your work will be done independently.
Once appropriate training and acclimation to our team members is completed, the candidate will have the ability to work completely remote. This position is full time, but hours are flexible as needed.
