Full time position available. The candidate will be responsible for preparing and filing court pleadings, speaking with clients and opposing counsel, managing attorneys’ calendars and interviewing clients, accepting payments and managing accounts receivable, preparing case files for court appearances and performing general paralegal duties.

Summary

As a Paralegal/Legal Assistant, you will support attorneys in various legal tasks, ensuring efficient case management and document preparation. Your core skills in legal research, and document review will be essential in assisting with litigation and case documentation. With strong organizational and writing skills, you will contribute to a well-functioning law office, helping to maintain high standards of legal service and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Experience in a law office setting
Strong writing and document review skills
Familiarity with litigation processes and legal case management
Experience in criminal law is a plus
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively
