We’re looking for an experienced and reliable Contract Attorney to support our litigation and pre-litigation efforts. This is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can hit the ground running.
What You’ll Do:
Draft and respond to discovery
Prepare high-quality demand letters
Draft motions, oppositions, and other litigation documents
Assist with trial prep and case strategy
Work closely with our paralegals and managing attorney
What We’re Looking For:
Licensed attorney (must be admitted to the California Bar)
5+ years of experience in personal injury law (plaintiff-side preferred)
Excellent legal writing and research skills
Detail-oriented, responsive, and organized
Ability to manage cases independently and meet deadlines
Comfortable using modern tech tools and cloud-based systems
