What You Will Do
What you'll do
✅ Advise on GDPR for key projects, applying privacy by design& by default
✅ Lead DPIA, LIA, TIA and other data protection assessments
✅ Draft and maintain policies, notices, ROPA and compliance documentation
✅ Review vendors and contracts, including international data transfers
✅ Support data breach management and handling data subject requests
✅ Deliver training and awareness sessions
✅ Work closely with the main support functions – P&O, Digital, IT, Procurement, Comms, Cyber Security & more.
Who We're Looking For
✔️ 5+ years of hands-on GDPR/data protection experience
✔️ Law degree (in-house counsel or DPO experience is a plus)
✔️ Solid background with ROPA, DPIA, LIA, TIA, DSRs, incidents, contracts & transfers
✔️ Understanding of how IT systems and processes work
✔️ Ability to turn GDPR into clear, practical business recommendations
✔️ Strong stakeholder communication across all levels
✔️ Pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset
✔️ Fluent English
Nice to have
CIPP/E, CIPM, AIGP; experience in a large, multi-business-line organization.
