We are seeking a highly knowledgeable and detail-oriented Criminal Law, Evidence & Law Enforcement Specialist to support legal analysis, investigative frameworks, and regulatory compliance initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in criminal law, evidence handling, and law enforcement procedures, with the ability to interpret complex legal scenarios and provide actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse and interpret criminal law statutes, procedures, and case materials.
- Evaluate evidence in line with admissibility standards and legal frameworks.
- Provide guidance on criminal investigations, including procedural and compliance aspects.
- Support law enforcement-related projects, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements.
- Review and interpret criminal codes and legal documentation.
- Advise on identity verification regulations and compliance standards.
- Contribute to public safety and law enforcement administration initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on legal and investigative matters.
Required Expertise
- Strong understanding of criminal procedure and judicial processes.
- In-depth knowledge of evidence law and admissibility standards.
- Experience with criminal investigations and case analysis.
- Familiarity with public safety administration.
- Knowledge of law enforcement regulations and compliance frameworks.
- Understanding of identity verification regulations.
- Ability to interpret and apply criminal codes effectively.
