Petro Cohen P.C. law firm focused on Workers’ Compensation and Personal Injury practice is searching for a Legal Assistant with experience for a full-time position at its office located in Northfield, NJ.
Candidates are expected to have excellent communications skills, the ability to interact with clients directly and the motivation to work in a team environment. The Legal Assistant would be responsible for attorney support, direct communication with clients, attorney and court personnel, drafting correspondence, scheduling and file management.
Qualifications:
Prior experience working as a Legal Assistant proficient in workers’ compensation and or/ personal injury and proficiency with Mircrosoft Office and legal case management software.
Bi-Lingual, (Spanish/English-written and spoken) a plus.
