Responsibilities:
Represent clients in removal proceedings before the Immigration Court.
Prepare and file immigration applications (I-589, I-130, I-485, I-765, etc.) with USCIS.
Conduct client consultations and develop case strategies.
Prepare legal briefs, motions, and supporting documents for court.
Attend USCIS interviews and hearings.
Communicate effectively with clients regarding case status and next steps.
Maintain case records and deadlines using case management software.
Collaborate with support staff and legal assistants.
Qualifications:
J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
Active bar license in any U.S. state (good standing).
Strong writing, research, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple cases independently.
Commitment to high-quality client service.
Immigration court experience preferred but not mandatory.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 – $130,000.00 per year
