Job Purpose:
Laison with Government official / office for Localization project. Well verse with Manufacturing and Localization steps in KSA
Key Accountabilities:
Liaising with Government offices
Manage and work closely with various Government departments for company incorporation.
Maintaining relationship with Financial and Legal consultant to obtain various licenses
Liaising with LCGPA for mandatory listing
Liaising with SFDA for filing and variation related queries
Meetings with MISA and MOI for loan and local licenses
Meetings with MODON for land allocation and negotiation on costing
Well verse with KSA vision 2030.
Assist in localization
Assist in Hiring of local technical resources
Regular site visits with the technical team for project updates and overview
Be a connect between local and India team for the technical support
Working with various authorities to ensure capturing all the incentives for localization.
Be a source of market intel
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and provide regular reports on market developments, competitor activity, and customer insights.
Use market intelligence to provide insights and recommendations to the global team on product development, pricing, and distribution strategies.
Build relationships with key stakeholders in the market and represent the company in relevant industry events.
Assist in product filings in the country through relation with FDA
Develop and maintain strong relationships with relevant authorities, such as the Ministry of Health (MOH) and the SFDA to facilitate the product registration process.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and ensure timely submission of product registration applications.
Provide necessary support for product registration and approval, as required.
Skills & Knowledge
Educational qualifications:
Bachelor in Pharmaceutical is added advantage
Management degree preferred
Relevant experience:
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a leadership role in a pharmaceutical company.
Strong techno-commercial experience
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and multicultural environment.
Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
