Our client is an international law firm who is seeking a Counsel for their Investment Funds department in Luxembourg.
The role:
- You will be in charge of advising clients on a variety of legal issues.
- You will manage and supervise Junior Associate and Associates.
- You will participate in the Fund Practice group and the knowledge sharing through the
- Firm.
- You will be actively involved in the Firm’s business development in Luxembourg and
- abroad.
- You will work closely with other departments (cross-practice) and offices (cross border).
The candidate:
- You must be a qualified lawyer with strong experience in the Luxembourg market.
- Minimum of 7 years of legal experience in alternative investment funds.
- You have a perfect knowledge of both oral and written English and French.
- You are solution-oriented, conscientious and you provide a high-standard work.
- You have excellent communication, teamwork skills.
