Job Brief
A nationally recognized plaintiffs’ firm, is looking for an experienced attorney to manage and develop a docket of toxic tort product liability cases. If you’re passionate about making a difference and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.
You will take on challenging mesothelioma cases, working closely with partners and clients to bring justice to those affected. This position offers substantial travel opportunities and real courtroom experience.
Responsibilities
Manage and develop a complex docket of mesothelioma cases.
Conduct depositions, draft legal documents, and provide strategic case planning.
Travel frequently (at least once a week) to attend court hearings and depositions.
Collaborate with partners to ensure successful case outcomes.
Engage in meaningful client interactions with empathy and professionalism.
Think strategically and tactically to navigate complex legal challenges.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in litigation and case management.
Strong skills in depositions, legal writing, and critical thinking.
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
Excellent strategic planning and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel regularly.
Asbestos litigation experience is preferred but not required. We welcome candidates with strong skills and a willingness to learn.
