Capital Markets practice of a top – tier US Law Firm is growing their Hong Kong team. If you are a Paralegal/ Legal assistant with experience in US IPOs and proficient in Mandarin, this could be an excellent career move for you.
Working alongside experienced Partners and Associates you will be actively involved on a range of US IPO transactions.
You will have:
- 1-3 years of experience in ECM/ IPO/ M&A transactions gained within a well-recognized law firm (International or Local). Expertise in drafting US IPOs and due diligence would be a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognised law school
- Preference for candidates with US, UK or PRC qualification
- Strong candidates with varied qualification can be considered for a future track and the opportunity for future promotion
