Job Description
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join our client’s legal team in Seattle, WA. This role provides key legal and administrative support to ensure smooth departmental operations. The ideal candidate has prior corporate and contracts law experience and is detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of handling confidential information with professionalism.
Responsibilities
Prepare and modify corporate documents and contracts to support business operations
Draft board resolutions and assist with board governance, including preparing meeting materials and maintaining records
Take and prepare meeting minutes to ensure accurate documentation of corporate discussions
Manage legal documents, track deadlines, and oversee contract administration to ensure compliance and efficiency
Assist with regulatory filings, corporate licensing, and producer compliance.
Coordinate and oversee legal invoices, monitor expenses, and assist with litigation filings as needed
Support intellectual property management and regulatory communications.
Maintain organized legal files and provide general administrative support to the legal team
Qualifications
Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience required
3+ years of experience in a legal support role, preferably in corporate and/or contracts law (experience in healthcare or insurance is a plus)
Experience drafting and modifying contracts, preparing corporate documents, and assisting with board governance
Ability to take and prepare meeting minutes with accuracy and clarity
WA Notary Public certification required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal management systems
Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
