Job Description:
An employer is looking for a Paralegal to join their team out of midtown Manhattan. This person will join the newly created “brainchild” of two well established private equity firms–this new company will be focused on the fixed annuity space of life insurance. The Paralegal will report into the General Counsel and will provide essential legal support by assisting with document preparation, legal research, and trial preparation. He/she will organize and maintain client files and track case progress, as well as file legal documents. This person should have experience working in corporate insurance and have a strong understanding of insurance regulatory and insurance licensing. Compensation for this role is 80-130k per year annually. Compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
