Robert Half is actively looking to hire an experienced Corporate Paralegal to our Full-Time Engagement Professional practice and open engagements with our clients. This is a salaried position with an established consulting practice giving diverse job opportunities with our local clients, and others nationwide. Desired experience includes:
- Drafting and reviewing of contracts (negotiation background a major plus)
- Preparing board minutes and annual reports
- Directly supporting leadership and in-house legal teams
- International company background a major plus
- Assist with entity formation, dissolution, mergers, acquisitions, and corporate restructuring activities
- Project management skills
This position is primarily remote but preference for individuals located in Greater Boston with accessibility for hybrid engagements.
