About the role
DBM Legal Services is hiring an experienced corporate paralegal to support our transactional practice. This is a remote, US-based role that starts part-time with a clear path to full-time. New York metro candidates are a plus, but we welcome strong candidates anywhere in the US.
What you'll do
• Support corporate and M&A transactions from diligence through closing
• Handle entity formation, corporate governance records, and corporate housekeeping
• Prepare and organize closing sets, and signature pages
• Coordinate with attorneys and clients on deliverables, timelines, and signatures
What we're looking for
• Paralegal certificate, knowledge of clio huge plus
• Big Law / large-firm corporate paralegal background
• 3+ years of corporate/transactional paralegal experience
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and discretion with confidential information
• Comfort working independently in a remote setting
• Open to a part-time start that grows into full-time
Compensation & structure
$45 to $60 per hour depending on experience (about $95,000 to $125,000/year at full-time). Part-time to start (about 15-20 hours/week), scaling to full-time.
