Corporate Legal Secretary to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a combination of front-office duties and providing essential administrative and legal support. The role requires excellent
communication
, organization, and
multitasking
skills, as well as the ability to manage legal documentation and client interactions effectively.
Responsibilities:
Client Management:  Greet and assist clients in a professional and welcoming manner Handle client queries and direct them to the appropriate legal personnel Schedule and manage meetings, appointments, and events for the legal team Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence for the office  Legal Support:  Prepare, review, and proofread legal service agreements, commercial agreements, and other legal documents Draft routine legal documents and legal correspondence Conduct legal research as required Organize and manage case files and documents for court hearings Prepare and draft Engagement Letters and other legal documentation Perform filing of legal documents and maintain organized files Manage legal document typing, analysis, proofing, amending, and formatting as required Open new client files on the system and prepare necessary client forms  Administrative and Secretarial Support:  Provide administrative support to Managing Director and legal consultants Update and maintain client contact databases Manage administrative tasks such as document creation, correspondence, and scheduling Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion Perform secretarial duties such as transcribing dictation, managing legal documents, and preparing case files for court hearings   Key Skills and Attributes:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel Proven ability to prepare legal documentation and manage legal correspondence Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks efficiently Discreet, professional, and
customer-focused
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Law Minimum 1 year of experience working in a law firm or similar legal environment in the UAE Proven experience in drafting legal contracts and documents (English) Experience in a receptionist or secretarial role within a legal services environment Ability to reliably commute or relocate to Dubai  Job Types:  Full-time, Permanent Expected start date:  Immediately Salary:  Will be disclosed after Interview If you meet the qualifications and are ready to contribute to a
