On behalf of a leading international investment firm, we are currently looking for a Legal Corporate Transaction Manager to join their Luxembourg-based team. The company manages significant private market investments, with a particular focus on technology and AI infrastructure projects.
Your role:
- Manage the full corporate lifecycle and governance of Luxembourg investment vehicles, including board meetings, shareholder meetings, restructurings and liquidations.
- Support the execution of investment, divestment and restructuring transactions and coordinate all related corporate documentation.
- Act as the key contact for external stakeholders, including law firms, notaries, banks and auditors.
- Ensure legal, corporate, tax and operational consistency across complex transaction structures and day-to-day governance matters.
Your profile:
- Master’s Degree in Law (LL.M. or equivalent); an additional qualification in Finance or Accounting would be considered an asset.
- 4 to 8 years of experience gained within a leading law firm and/or a Private Equity / Alternative Asset Management environment in Luxembourg.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Autonomous, detail-oriented, analytical and comfortable operating in a fast-paced transactional environment
