Are you a corporate legal professional with experience in offshore company administration? Do you hold a Law degree and have hands-on knowledge of corporate law within a financial services environment?
Amicorp, a global financial services provider, is looking for a Corporate Administrator / Account Manager to join our Brazil office. This is perfect for someone who thrives in a client-focused position, managing the legal and corporate responsibilities of international structures across various jurisdictions.
Your Role
As a Corporate Administrator / Account Manager, you’ll support clients with the incorporation and ongoing maintenance of offshore companies and ensure that their corporate structures remain compliant and well-administered.
You’ll be part of a high-performing team working with private clients, family offices, investment funds, and international businesses.
Key Responsibilities
Handle the incorporation and maintenance of offshore companies, particularly in jurisdictions such as BVI and Cayman.
Manage a portfolio of companies, limited partnerships, and trusts.
Provide guidance on legal, administrative, and corporate governance matters.
Draft and review shareholder meeting minutes, proxies, and statutory documents.
Coordinate with internal teams (accounting, tax, banking) on client matters.
Ensure compliance with regulations such as CRS, FATCA, BEPS, GAAR, and ESR.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
Record chargeable time and support invoicing activities.
What We’re Looking For
✅ Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
4+ years of experience in corporate services or financial services.
Familiarity with director/shareholder changes and company registrations
Solid knowledge and experience in corporate law and company secretarial work.
Proven experience with the incorporation and administration of offshore companies.
Additional Qualifications:
Fluency in English (additional languages are an asset).
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Client-oriented mindset, detail-focused, and proactive.
