In your new role, you will deliver a quality service to clients in a variety of sectors across the globe and gain expertise working on high-quality and complex cases, gaining invaluable experience and the opportunity to grow your career. You will be responsible for:
Assist with
diverse
corporate matters across multiple jurisdictions, including drafting documentation and conducting large-scale due diligence. Coordinate global transactions and work closely with project teams, including solicitors, project managers, and tech experts. Escalate project-specific issues to management or project partners as needed. Build strong relationships with partners and solicitors across various practice groups and jurisdictions. Contribute to
innovative projects
that enhance efficiency and drive continual
process improvement
.
What you’ll need to succeed Qualified solicitor in Northern Ireland and/or England and Wales with proven corporate experience. Skilled in reviewing, analysing, and organising documentary and factual evidence, advising on risk and mitigation. Strong
communication
and interpersonal skills. Team player with the ability to work independently. Commercially aware with a “client first” service orientation. High performance standards and
results-driven
. Self-starter who is
collaborative
, pragmatic, and adaptable.
