As part of our continued success, Landau Associates is seeking a Contracts Administrator. The selected candidate will have the option to work a hybrid work schedule in any one of the following office locations (Seattle, Tacoma, Kingston, Olympia, or Spokane, Washington or Portland, Oregon).
Responsibilities may include:
Assisting senior staff with Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and contract review and authorization processes, including but not limited to:
Supporting the review and negotiation of NDAs and prime contract agreements
Drafting subconsultant contract agreements with flow-down terms and conditions
Managing and maintaining contract library, including documentation of the contract negotiation and authorization process
Assisting Project Managers with contract interpretation, monitoring, and compliance
Assisting with building and maintaining positive client experiences and relationships
Contract compliance and renewal:
Ordering, requesting, and managing certificates of insurance for project owners, subconsultants, and subcontractors
Reviewing subconsultant insurance requirements for compliance and tracking expiration/renewal dates
Tracking contract expiration dates and assisting with amendments and renewals
Assisting with the development of processes and administrative systems related to the contract review process necessary to mitigating contractual and budgetary risks
Maintaining and updating contract, subcontract, budget, and compensation schedule templates, as needed
Assisting Project Managers with contract close-out compliance
Basic Qualifications:
3 to 8 years of directly related contract administration experience
Knowledge of project management practices and contract language involving risk management
Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Accounting software systems
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Legal Studies, or related field
Experience working in the Architectural, Engineering, or Construction industries

Landau Associates offers an excellent compensation and benefits package in an environment that promotes personal growth and professional advancement. The salary range for this position is $50,000 – $92,000. Compensation is based on a variety of factors, including education, experience, performance, location, and internal equity. As part of our compensation program, we review and update our salary ranges at least annually. We provide a wide variety of benefits to support our employees and their families.
